We Can Work it Out!

“Life is very short, and there’s no time for fussing and fighting my friend…We can work it out!” Those words written by Paul McCartney and John Lennon many years ago and sung by The Beatles still ring true today. Unfortunately, the Fab Four were unable to “work it out” between themselves, and a few short years later, their band was history. Many of us have experienced strained relationships in our lives at times. Time will often heal broken relationships, but there are other times that we just give up. God desires us to be at peace with everyone in our lives. Working it out often requires patience on our behalf and it always involves grace. Can we honestly say that we have given our best effort toward working out our differences in relationships? Let’s talk about it! Lifetree Small Group offers participants an opportunity to fellowship, meet new people and talk about life together. In the October series, "When Relationships get Messy," four riveting, true stories will give participants the courage to see God working, even when relationships are rocky. Don’t miss it! Reflection and meaningful discussions will follow. In the next episode, "Dealing with Difficult People," discover how a SWAT negotiator’s best secrets for resolving differences peacefully, even when tempers flare, can help you in the home and at the workplace. Join the conversation in Room #130 on Tuesday, October 4th at 7:00 p.m. It only lasts an hour, and it might change your life! Please invite a friend, too! Lifetree Small group welcomes everyone.
