LEAD PASTOR - ​Chad Pumpelly

​Pastor Chad is passionate about crossing the lines of diversity and bringing people together - unifying them toward the common vision of knowing and serving the living God. His passion overflows into other areas such as his love for wilderness areas and wildlife, especially birding, hiking, and fishing. He has the occasional compulsion to tell awful "dad" jokes from an endless repertoire. Don't let all the degrees, years of international experience in the mission field, and determined vision for the church fool you. Pastor Chad is a fun-loving Buckeye fan who is just as comfortable surfing around on a ripstik as he is preaching a sermon. His fresh, relatable approach to those around him is one of the many reasons we appreciate his leadership.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR - Everett Tye

Everett is responding to God's calling into the ministry. A youth pastor profoundly impacted Everett's life, and it was this mentoring he experienced that produced in him a passion for youth ministry. Everett believes young adults are at life's crossroads, where they begin to decide what their faith means. 
​Everett comes to The Crossing from Cedarville University where he graduated with a bachelors in Biblical Studies as well as a minor in Youth Ministry. He is currently pursuing a Masters in biblical leadership. He expects to finish his Masters studies in the fall of 2024.
In his free time, Everett loves hiking, fishing, movies, video games, and playing any instrument he can find.

FACILITIES MANAGER - Bill Morris

Some heroes don't wear capes. As our Facilities Manager, Bill Morris saves the day on a daily basis by ensuring that our church building and facilities are in working order. ​

Bill happily married to Michelle and father of Megan (Bibbey), Meri (Wheeler), Mike, Dustin and Nicki Morris. Their grandchildren include Makenna, Madison, Micah, Grant and Gaven Bibbey, Zac and Caleb Wheeler and Kayhden Morris. Bill and Michelle are “high school sweethearts” and “Titans” Alumni of T. C. Williams High School, Alexandria, Virginia. Bill is a US Navy veteran and an alum of The Ohio State University.

​Bill’s professional experience as an Ohio Registered Architect gives him valuable insight in his role at Crossing Community Church. For “self-care” Bill enjoys spending leisure time hanging out, watching Buckeyes, Washington Football Team, Columbus Crew, TV and scuba diving in tropical locations with family and friends. He also enjoys coaching youth soccer and serving on the board of the Hilliard Ohio Soccer Association.

                                                                 OFFICE MANAGER- Katelyn Rush 

​Residing in Hilliard with her husband (Evan), son (Quinten), and furbabies (Ellie and Opal), Katelyn comes to Crossings Community Church with a variety of non-profit and faith based work experience through community outreach, event management, and marketing/communications. 

Prior to moving to Ohio, Katelyn and her husband graduated from Indiana State University, were members of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, and Katelyn was employed by the Boy Scouts of America. More recently, Katelyn is coming to serve the church from a position with the Columbus Symphony. 

Originally from "that state up north", Katelyn is often found cheering for the Detroit Tigers and tries to make it to a game each year. 

In spare time, she loves soaking up every moment she can with her son, traveling, attending concerts, and finding a great chocolate milkshake :)
